Saatchi & Saatchi has launched a pro bono guerrilla effort around town featuring toilet seats placed atop public trash cans, and strategically placed life-size cutouts of "a man who appears to be urinating," as the agency describes it, along with rolls of toilet paper attached to trees and walls
