The post #MeToo world is so confusing for a man, especially in a work environment. I mean, is flagrant disregard for other people's personal boundaries even okay anymore? If a thought occurs to me, do I need to run it through some sort of "appropriateness" filter before blurting it out? There are too many rules to keep track of. It's not like there's a simple video that explains the basics of proper workplace etiquette.

Well, thanks to Time's Up, now there is. Directed by Rashida Jones and narrated by Donald Glover, the animated short film answers questions about the kind of behavior that is acceptable at work. It details four lessons that should be easy enough for anyone to understand: Don't touch people without consent, don't comment on other people's physical appearance, don't exploit a power dynamic to get a date but do call out inappropriate behavior when you see it.

Rachel Brian of Blue Seat Studios wrote the script, and Blue Seat animated it. The studio is the one responsible for the "Tea Consent" video that went viral in 2015, which spelled out a simple analogy for people who have a hard time grasping the concept.

This video is part of Time's Up's multi-pronged approach to combatting harassment. Earlier this year, the organization created the Time's Up Legal Defense Fund, which has connected more than 2,600 people with legal resources.
