Tostitos, Not Kelly, Is the NFL's Official Chip

Philadelphia Eagles Coach Begs for Recognition in Pre-Super Bowl Spots

Published on

Editor's Pick

Tostitos' latest spots see yet another brand getting mileage out of sports people's names (see ESPN's Steph Curry/ Chicken Curry spots) in the run-up to the Super Bowl. This time, the joke is that Tostitos is the official chip of the NFL, and not Philadelphia Eagles head coach Chip Kelly. Kelly gamely appears in the spots, whether he's being interrupted by the voiceover, standing in a shopping cart, trying to throw the Tostitos away,or begging. (See all ten films on YouTube.) Goodby Silverstein & Partners created the work, which will air online throughout the remaining NFL playoffs.
