Singapore's founding father, Lee Kuan Yew, died Monday at age 91, and it's hard to overstate how important he was to his countrymen. As The New York Times put it, he "transformed the tiny outpost of Singapore into one of Asia's wealthiest and least corrupt countries." Emotional tributes have been flowing in on social media.

A team led by the president of Tribal Worldwide Asia, Jeff Cheong, put together a digital video installation combining tweets about the late Mr. Lee, who was prime minister from 1959 to 1990, artfully overlaid with video clips of key moments in the statesman's life. It's viewable at ahkong.sg. The address refers to the term "Ah Kong," which is Hokkien for grandfather. "Some use it as a term of endearment, some as a form of respect, even awe for our founding father," Tribal explains.
