What does it take to save a local public library in Troy, Mich.? A book burning party. Leo Burnett was trying to oppose public spending cuts that would cut funding to the library, and needed to convince citizens to vote for the library, not again. But putting that so clearly to voters was difficult. So the agency organized a "book burning party" that laid out what exactly it meant to vote against the library.
