TruTV is reaching out to fans of its public prank show "Impractical Jokers" with a device that ensures they never miss an episode.

The show has a strong social media following, so agency WorkinProgress created an "On Air Light" for its supporters. The web-connected LED light is programmed with a special code to turn on every time a new episode airs.

To promote it, TruTV sent the smart lights to celebrity fans and encouraged them to tweet about it. It also gave them away to others via a sweepstakes, which they could enter by using the hashtag #jokerslightsweepstakes. Of course, they too, spread the word when they received it.
