Virgin Trains: Don't Go Zombie Game

Hunt the walking dead.

Editor's Pick

Continuing their Zombie-themed campaign for Virgin Trains, MCBD and Elvis developed this Google Street View Don't Go Zombie game that challenges players to get zombified motorists out of their commuting rut. Players roam the streets and rescue zombies by zapping them with ticket machines and issuing them rides on Virgin trains.

If players don't zap in time, they'll fall prey to the walking dead. Their Facebook profile pics will then get "zombified," and their own zombie avatars will be added to the game. "Rescue me" messages will also appear on the newbie zombies' walls, and friends can come to their aid.

The highest scoring game players every month will then enter a drawing for First Cast travel with Virgin trains. Later this summer, the Virgin founder himself Sir Richard Branson will make his own zombie cameo in the game, waiting to be rescued.
