Volkswagen: Kissing Screen

Smooching for the crowds.

Editor's Pick

VW is inviting Berlin commuters to pucker up for the camera and see their kisses broadcast on a giant LED screen at a crowded station.

In the stunt, to mark the arrival of the new Volkswagen Golf VII, outdoor media company blowUP has installed a giant screen at the Potsdamer Platz in Berlin. Posters pose questions such as: "If you could only kiss only one person for the rest of your life, who would it be?" A large format LED screen is integrated into the inside facade of the station and on the outside, eight 46 inch touchscreens with built-in cameras allow passers-by to interact and make kissing photos which are then immediately displayed on the big screen.

DDB Tribal Berlin were responsible for creative development for the campaign, which will run until October 4th, while Mediacom and Magic Poster as well as blowUP media were all responsible for implementation.
