In a unified international outdoor feat that beats anything done recently by the U.N., integrated entertainment marketing company Creative Domain did an immense city-specific advance teaser campaign for Batman Begins, which featured more than 50 different billboards created in less than a month. "This billboard series was eventually paid off by the full print and collateral campaign featuring Christian Bale as the newest Batman," explains CD Jeff Bacon. Built around stock photography, "the sky and all other art elements were color shifted to match all the other print advertising materials," adds Bacon. "All the city locations were selected by the individual territories to best represent their countries."
