Webby-winning companies including NASA, Google, Wieden & Kennedy, Droga5 and Facebook have created some brilliant, thought-provoking designs inspired by this year's Webbys theme, "The Internet Can't Be Stopped."

The first artwork (by NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory) is released today on the Webbys website marking the opening of the Call for Entries of the Webby awards, which is celebrating its 20 year anniversary. See NASA's thinking behind the design here.

Another company's design will be featured every week, with each accompanied by an interview explaining its perspective. Others on the list include Big Spaceship, Code & Theory, Pitchfork and National Geographic.

The Webby awards take place next Spring in New York.
