This Wilkinson Sword Ad Features Some Swashbuckling Foreplay

Steamy Spot Is a Nice Play on the Brand's Name and Heritage

Editor's Pick

Razor brand Wilkinson Sword really went back to its roots for this commercial, entitled "Swordplay Meets Foreplay." The brand, which originally started out making swords for the British Army, seems to have taken a leaf out of Axe's book with this steamy story of a hot couple fencing and gradually removing each other's clothing, then facial hair, with their blades. It's fun, and the use of swordplay is a nice play on the brand's name and heritage. JWT New York created the film, which we're told features real "Wilkinson Sword" swords and was filmed in a historic hotel in Brussels. Lieven Van Baelen of Alldayeveryday directed.
