Life Through Google Glass Gets A Sinister Twist In Ad Highlighting Domestic Violence

Shocking Film Was Created For International Women's Day

Editor's Pick

This shocking film, created for International Women's Day to highlight domestic violence, takes the idea of life seen through Google Glass and gives it an unnerving twist. It shows a woman going about her day from behind Google Glass. The carefree sounding music track and her happy-seeming day (meeting a friend for coffee, Googling Margaret Atwood in a bookshop) might lull you into a false sense of security, but events take a sinister turn when she returns to her stylish-looking flat to find her partner. Google was not involved in the project, which was devised by UK-based creatives Luca Corteggiano and David Gentile.
