There's a new, leggier model in town. Female fashion store Yeukou -- an online retailer on China's "Tmall" -- has been using a 72-year-old man, Liu Xianping, to model its decidedly young fashions. Mr. Liu, who is the grandfather of one of the ladies who began the store, has been sporting cutesy clothes with plenty of lace, ribbon and other girly touches.
According to Offbeat China, the whole thing started when Mr. Liu visited the store to help, and started modeling pieces. Especially loveable is his attitude towards the whole thing: "Why is it unacceptable for me to wear women's clothes?" he told China Newsweek. He said he just wants to help his granddaughter out, and have some fun while he's at it. See more pictures on the right.
