British tea brand Yorkshire Tea is celebrating "Yorkshire Day" this week by recreating the head of Mel B, the former Spice Girl, as a cake, as shown in this rather hilarious video.

Mel B (real name Melanie Brown) is originally from Leeds in Yorkshire, and her edible head, alongside that of other Yorkshire-born celebrities such as actress Judi Dench, will be on show at London's King's Cross Station, where most Yorkshire-bound trains depart.

The brand, owned by Taylor of Harrogate, has also created other cool cakes (including this teapot one) and is displaying them at stations across Yorkshire.
